This community service program identified, classified, documented, and mapped the development potential of Puuhialu Village, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, between 1 May and 1 June 2026. We combined a participatory approach with descriptive analysis, treating the village government and residents as partners who checked and corrected our findings rather than as mere respondents. Data from field observation, in-depth interviews, photographs, and site locations were organized into a potential matrix and a spatial distribution map. The village's assets span seven domains: agriculture, plantations, livestock, micro and small enterprises, natural resources and tourism, socio-cultural life, and youth. Three stood out as strategic priorities: agriculture, nature-based tourism in the Tenggera area, and young people, chiefly because each can strengthen the others. The program leaves the village with its first organized body of information for setting development priorities and planning empowerment activities.
