The church is frequently trapped in exclusive internal activities, ignoring the social isolation and deep existential crises experienced by people in public medical environments. Therefore, the active engagement of the faith community through public diaconal ministry is highly required to bring holistic healing and hope amidst modern human suffering. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach combined with a structured pastoral action research method. Data were gathered through intensive participant observation and clinical interviews across three distinct case studies at RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Muara Enim. The results demonstrate that integrating targeted healing prayers with practical physical blessings, such as meals, effectively reduces anxiety and psychosocial burdens on caregivers. Furthermore, restructuring theological perspectives combined with direct social advocacy to government agencies provides sustainable solutions for vulnerable families.
